However, anyone who can understand basic English will be able to enjoy the tour. You will have some meals at Asian food restaurants but not all the meals. Thank you. Regards, Beth Anne

Q: Hello, I would like to book this tour for my daughter and her friend. I have some questions about it: 1. As I read the Customer Agreement I found there $100 chargeback fee. Does that mean I have to pay the $1288 plus $100? Is that per person or by the amount? So how much will be the total amount? 2. I understand you have the right for changes. Can the final price can be higher after that I paid it? 3. As I am a foreigner and my bank card has a certain limit for a day can I pay by bank transfer? 4. The Customer Agreement contains that you send the E-ticket only 2-4 days before the departure. My problem is that they will leave their home two months before that tour. 2008-04-08 12:31:13 Dear Huszarne Farkas Zsuzsanna, Chargeback means to claim your money back on a transaction. So if you should conduct a chargeback for unsupported reasons, Tours4Fun can charge the full amount of the original transaction, plus $100 as fees. If there should be more than one transaction, it would be $100 per transaction. So in your example, $1288 + $100 = $1388. After you have made your reservation, should there be a reason to adjust your tour price, we will notify you in advanced. You may select your payment option as bank wire transfer when proceeding with your tour package booking. Depending on how far in advanced you make your reservation online, we will try to issue an e-ticket at least 2-3 days before your departure date. If we have all the necessary information to process your reservation, we can possibly issue you an e-ticket immediately. Thank you for your inquiry. We hope to see your reservation soon. We plan to join the tour on June 9th 2008. What is the arrival time back to Las Vegas on June 10th 2008. Do we have an option to stay few hours longer in Grand Canyon before leaving for Las Vegas? 2008-04-08 11:01:12 Dear Toh CH, With this tour package it would be a choice of 2 pick-up times from Las Vegas and departure times from Grand Canyon. a) Day 1 5:45 am departure from the Boulder Terminal to Grand Canyon south airport, with Day 2 7:30 am departure from Grand Canyon south airport to Boulder Terminal. b) Day 1 6:40 am departure from the Boulder Terminal to Grand Canyon south airport, with Day 2 8:30 am departure from Grand Canyon south airport to Boulder Terminal. These two buses are the only buses that depart Grand Canyon all day. You will have to take those buses in order to get back to Las Vegas. As of now, we only have this package that has an overnight in the Grand Canyon. 2008-04-01 09:01:21 Our tour fee covers complimentary pick-up and drop-off at chosen location, 2-night hotel in Las Vegas, roundtrip ground transportation from Los Angeles to Grand Canyon West Rim, tour guide and driver. Las Vegas night tour or show is not inlcuded in the tour package fee. You would pay directly to tour guide during the tour if you like to join the optional tour. 2008-03-31 21:17:03 Dear Patty: Most of the hotels in Las Vegas do provide airport transfer service. But however it is not free. The charge is around $5-$8 per person for the transfer. But even if you would like to take taxi in the morning from hotel to airport, the transportation fee will be around $15 for one way, which is not very expensive. This tour guide will arrange addtional city night tour for our guests. Normally it runs from 7:00pm--10:30pm. There would be addtional $20--$25 per person extra charge. Our special rate for Lincoln Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles will be $89 per night for two. Thanks for your inquiry.
